  • Make a Payment: When you pay for a service, I use a secure third-party card reader from SumUp. I do not collect or store your credit or debit card information. All payment processing is handled securely by SumUp.

2. How I Use Your Information (Legal Basis)

I process your personal data based on the necessity to perform the contract with you to provide my cleaning services. I use the information you provide for the following specific purposes:

  • To contact you and respond to your questions or booking requests.
  • To schedule and provide my cleaning services to you at your requested location.
  • To manage transactions and payments for the services provided.
  • To improve the quality of my services and customer experience (using optional feedback).

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with other businesses or individuals. I only share your information with trusted third parties to the extent necessary to provide my services:

  • Setmore: My online booking provider, which securely stores your booking details.
  • SumUp: My payment processor, which handles all card payments securely.

I may also disclose your information if required by law or if I believe it is necessary to protect my business and my customers' safety.
